You've put it on your desk, maybe given it a name, and you think you've covered everything. Spoiler: no. Here are 5 truths nobody's ever told you.
What nobody's ever told you
1. No two stones are alike. We don't manufacture them in some anonymous factory under plastic wrap. Each stone is chosen and polished one by one, between the North of France and Belgium. Yours is unique, just like a real pet (minus the fur).
2. The training guide was written on a Friday night, between two fits of laughter. We wanted something funny to slip into the box. We never imagined people would read it aloud at parties. You did. Thank you.
3. The adoption certificate has no legal value whatsoever. We're pointing this out because someone genuinely asked us if they could present it to their insurance company. No. But keep it, it's nice to look at.
4. Your Pet Stone eats nothing, and weighs nothing on your conscience. No kibble, no vet, no guilt when you go away for three weeks. It's probably the most responsible pet you've ever had.
5. It has already survived a near-shutdown of the brand. Literally. We'll come back to that another time. Let's just say your stone has more resilience than the average French start-up.
